
Paddling & Mindfulness trip to Rahja Archipelago on August 3rd at 12 PM
Join a breathtaking paddling and mindfulness experience in the Rahja Archipelago. Paddle through the islands and see nature from a new perspective.
During the trip, we'll do a guided practice focusing on body awareness, presence in movement, mindful breathing, and sensing nature. We'll stop at a beautiful spot to relax and recharge from nature.
The trip lasts about 3-4 hours, depending on weather, participants' kayaking experience, and group size. The paddling is gentle and suitable for beginners.
Maximum 7 participants, minimum 3. No prior experience needed. Kayaks are stable, and instruction on paddling and mindfulness is provided. A swim skill is required. All equipment, yoga mat, and guidance are included. Price: €85 per person.
Bring snacks, a water bottle, dry clothes, a towel in a waterproof bag, and if you wish, a swimsuit for swimming.

Beach yoga at Kalajoki Hiekkasärkät
From June to September, beach yoga on Kalajoki Hiekkasärkät takes place about once a week on alternating days: Mon, Wed or Thu at 6-7 pm, price 10 €/ person. Bring your own yoga mat or rent a loan mat for 3 €/ time.
Check the time of the week's yoga class on Yoga with Nita Facebook or Instagram or ask by message. REGISTER for Nita on wa/txt 041 316 8368 on the day in question no later than 2 pm.
Minimum number of participants 3 people for the class to take place. We will meet at the parking lot of Hotel Rantakalla about 15 minutes before the start of the class.
Bring a bottle of water and warm clothes for final relaxation. After yoga, we can stay on the beach to take yoga photos together if we so wish. Follow us on social media @yoga_with_nita and stay up to date.

Dynaaminen hatha flow starting soon on Sundays at 18-19.15pm
Dynamic hatha flow every Sunday from 6-7:15 PM at GoFit Kalajoki's beautiful hall at Jukupolku 3.
Dynamic hatha flow combines traditional hatha yoga with more dynamic, flowing movement sequences. The class often begins with a calm warm-up and then focuses on various asanas, which are connected together into smooth movement sequences. During the class, you can also try more challenging asanas in a safe atmosphere. Finally, the practice calms down and culminates in breathing exercises and final relaxation in savasana. Hatha Flow practice emphasizes conscious control of breathing with movements, which helps balance the body and mind. It offers both dynamic and static elements, supporting the strengthening of the body and the development of mobility.

Soon you will be able to enjoy gentle hatha yoga right in your home. The classes are designed for everyone – whether you are a beginner or a more experienced yogi. The exercises focus on body and mind balance, breathing rhythm and conscious presence.
